Underwater change of command

The 7th Engineer Dive Detachment, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, changed leadership during an underwater ceremony.

The unique unit performs underwater reconnaissance, demilition and salvage missions across the Pacific theater.
